Nickelodeon Africa To Start To Show Nick's Brand New CGI-Animated Series "Robot and Monster" From Monday 18th February 2013!

According to the 'Children' area of the 'Television Highlights' webpage on the official website of DStv ("Digital Satellite Television"), MultiChoice's digital satellite TV service in Africa, Nickelodeon Africa, the African version of the popular children's channel, has announced the Nickelodeon News that the channel will start to premiere and show Nick's brand new original CGI-animated series (Nicktoon) "Robot & Monster" from Monday 18th February 2013 at 5.45pm:
Robot & Monster

Monday 18 February 2013 17:45 | Nickelodeon (305)

Nickelodeon's brand-new animated buddy comedy, Robot & Monster, follows the friendship and adventures of a most unlikely best-friend duo: Robot, a mechanical self-proclaimed genius, and Monster, a happy-go-lucky organic. These pals live in a strange world where robots and monsters, also known as mechanicals and organics, live side-by-side and everybody is united by a love for bacon.

Robot is doing exactly what he was designed to do, working as a Quality Control Inspector at his family’s Blinking Light Factory. Robot, however, is unhappy and unsatisfied. Despite the originality of his ideas and the creativity of his inventions, Robot always winds up back where he started and is frequently tormented by his pompous, overbearing supervisor, and favoured older brother Gart.

Monster is an optimist and extremely outgoing. Monster is not big on boundaries, keeping secrets, or lowering his voice. He is endlessly fascinated by small things and attributes tremendous meaning to ordinary gestures. Monster is primarily driven by two things: The need to make everybody happy and the need to explore the shiny thing (both literally and figuratively).

Together, the relentlessly ambitious Robot and pathologically content Monster form an unlikely friendship. Forged in the fires of childhood, they are inseparable as they try to find their way in the world.

Don't miss Robot & Monster, Monday to Thursday starting on Mon 18 February, at 17:45 on Nickelodeon.
