(Toronto, Canada) YTV has stacked its fall 2014 schedule with a hilarious lineup of new series and returning favourites that kids and families can look forward to watching every weeknight at 7 p.m. ET/PT. Beginning the week of October 6, YTV will air a fresh and fun slate that includes exciting new live action premieres. For a sneak peek, click here.

On Mondays, new episodes from the hit Nickelodeon series The Haunted Hathaways return, followed on Tuesdays with the brand new odd-couple buddy comedy, Max & Shred, written and executive produced by George Doty IV (Seinfeld, iCarly, Victorious and Drake & Josh). On Wednesdays comes Henry Danger, a new crime-fighting comedy from Nickelodeon, created and written by Dan Schneider (Sam & Cat, iCarly, Victorious, Drake & Josh) and Dana Olsen (George of the Jungle, Inspector Gadget). Thursdays will see the debut of Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn, a new laugh-a-minute Nickelodeon series about the sibling rivalry between precocious quadruplets and on Fridays, YTV will have new Season 2 episodes of popular Nickelodeon superhero series The Thundermans.

Rounding out the week, on Saturdays viewers can look forward to a brand new reality series Mission: 4Count, which takes viewers behind-the-scenes to follow the hot new pop band, 4Count, discovered and managed by media mogul Nick Cannon, beginning on October 11 at 6 p.m. ET/PT.

YTV's fall programming wouldn't be complete without its Fangtastic Halloween lineup from October 22 to October 31, which will include spooky episodes every weekday beginning at 6 p.m. as well as Halloween specials and movies all weekend long, including the premieres of Hotel Transylvania and Paranorman.

As part of a special web-only exclusive on YTV.com, Legend of Korra fans who have been eagerly awaiting the release of Book 3 will be able to watch the first six episodes online on November 1. The remaining episodes will be available to watch on YTV.com on November 15.

YTV will also premiere new seasons of Rabbids Invasion (Season 2), Sanjay & Craig (Season 2) and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Season 3) as well as new episodes of Breadwinners, Kung Fu Panda, Undercover High, and Numb Chucks.

NEW SERIES SYNOPSES AND PREMIERE DATES

MAX & SHRED (26 x 30 minutes) – WORLD PREMIERE

Max & Shred is a buddy comedy about the unlikely friendship that forms when easygoing superstar snowboarder, Max Asher, moves in with anxious academic, Alvin Ackerman and his family. The show centres on the boys' odd couple relationship as they help and hinder each other through the trials of teenage life. Abby, Alvin's driven older sister, and Howie, Alvin's super smart eight-year-old protégé aid the boys in their adventures. Each half hour multi-cam episode will comically highlight the challenges of the young science whiz living with a celebrity athlete in the bustling ski town of Blizzard Springs. It's gonna be siiiiick!

HENRY DANGER (20 x 30 minutes) – NETWORK PREMIERE
Premieres: Wednesdays at 7 p.m. ET/PT beginning October 8


Henry Danger a crime-fighting comedy, created and written by Dan Schneider (Sam & Cat, iCarly, Victorious, Drake & Josh) and Dana Olsen (George of the Jungle, Inspector Gadget) follows 13-year-old Henry (Jace Norman) who lands a part-time job as Kid Danger, a sidekick-in-training to super crime fighter Captain Man (Cooper Barnes, The Perfect Host). Their colourful adventures throw Henry's otherwise ordinary life absurdly out of balance, yet he must keep his new job a secret from his best friends Charlotte (Riele Downs, The Best Man Holiday) and Jasper (Sean Ryan Fox). Ella Anderson (A Fairly Odd Summer) also stars as Henry's little sister, Piper.

Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn (13 X 30 minutes) – NETWORK PREMIERE

Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn is the story of a 10-year-old girl Dawn Haley (Lizzy Greene) whose sibling rivalry with her three brothers is heightened by the fact that they are quadruplets. Aidan Gallagher (Modern Family) plays the germaphobic Nicky, joined by Casey Simpson (The Goldbergs) as the overachieving Ricky, and Mace Coronel (Bold and the Beautiful) as the pint-sized ladies man, Dicky. Brian Stepanek (Two and a Half Men) and Allison Munn (What I Like About You) star as the Haley parents. The series is created by Matt Fleckenstein (Wendell & Vinnie, iCarly, Victorious) and executive produced by Fleckenstein and Michael Feldman (See Dad Run).

MISSION: 4COUNT (8 x 30 minutes) – WORLD PREMIERE
Premieres: Saturdays at 6 p.m. ET/PT beginning October 11
This reality series takes viewers behind-the-scenes to follow the hot new pop band, 4Count, discovered and managed by media mogul Nick Cannon, as they prepare for stardom. The series chronicles band members Aaron Scott, Ben Robinson and brothers Adam and Kieran Ackerman, who have left their homes in California to hone their musical skills in Canada. Sending the group on multiple missions, Nick Cannon gives the guys a boot camp on making it in the music industry with a relentless schedule of rehearsals, recording sessions and live performances. He's brought a manager, Marty, on board to make sure the group gets to where they need to be, but who often ends up side-tracking Nick's agenda with his own misadventures.

New cast members in season 14 are:

Lola Pacini, Grade 9 (Amanda Acuri) – Bubbly and excitable, Lola is a boy-crazy cheerleader with colorful hair and a vibrant personality that is hard to miss in the halls of Degrassi. Lola's closest friends are Shay and Frankie.

Shaylynn "Shay" Powers, Grade 9 (Reiya Downs) – Shay loves playing sports and is determined to be the best athlete. She aims high in school and her standards also extend to boys. There is only one guy she has eyes for, but Shay may have a rude awakening when she realizes that she can't always get what she wants.

Arlene Takahashi, Grade 9 (Devyn Nekoda) – Arlene is a quintessential nerd that is sometimes tucked away at Degrassi wearing elf ears and reading comics. Often picked on by the cheerleaders, she is the antithesis of Zoe and Lola and she's fine with it.

Jonah Haak, Grade 11 (Ehren Kassam) – After getting into some bad situations, Jonah has seen the light and he's ready to make some friends who share his strong faith at Degrassi. He gave up all his vices, but he's kept the rock 'n' roll.

Degrassi is a fictional, dramatic television series that tackles tough teen issues in a realistic way. The internationally acclaimed series is a three-time Emmy-nominee and the winner of a Television Critics Association Award, the Peabody Award and two Teen Choice Awards in addition to many others.
