Kristy Best And Omi Get Slimed For SLIMEFEST 2016 Australia

She rocked Ramsay Street when she played the mysterious Mandy, trying to win over Andrew Morley's character on Neighbours. But Kristy Best has since swapped the soap set for the slime scene, as one of the newest television hosts for Nickelodeon Australia and New Zealand!

Taking to Instagram on Thursday 23rd June 2016, the actress shared a video of herself filming with Cheerleader singer Omi, real name, Omar Samuel Pasley, who is set to headline Nickelodeon Australia's SLIMEFEST concerts in September 2016.


'We just got slimed for SLIMEFEST. It's pretty gross, but it's also pretty awesome,' Kristy told her followers in the video. Meanwhile Omi said: 'We're here on the set for SLIMEFEST man. First time getting slimed, wish you all could've seen it, you missed it. I'm sorry, you've just got to tune in in September when SLIMEFEST is on'.

The singer will be back in Australia later this year to headline Nickelodeon's annual SLIMEFEST shows. Other famous names set to hit the stage during the events in Sydney and Melbourne include Havana Brown, In Stereo and Mashd N Kutcher.

The new series has invited kids from across Australia and New Zealand to team up with their best friend and vie for a place in the uniquely slimy competition to compete to win the ultimate prize of being the "Guardians of Slime" at Nickelodeon's flagship event SLIMEFEST in September.
